1. What this site is. askotto publishes independent general information, opinion and editorial grades about UK mobile services, plus a consultancy line for talking that information through. Nothing here forms a contract for, or supply of, any communications service.
2. Accuracy. We work carefully, and the market moves anyway. Content is provided "as is"; we do not warrant completeness or fitness for any particular decision. Verify current terms with providers before acting.
3. No advice relationship. Reports and consultations are general guidance, not regulated financial or legal advice, and create no adviser–client duty.
4. Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this site or our consultations. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Intellectual property. Our text, structure and design are ours; provider names and marks are their owners'. Quote us with attribution; don't republish wholesale.
6. Acceptable use. Don't scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent our content, or present our consultants' words as any network's.
7. Changes. We update pages, grades and these terms as facts change; the live version governs.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
